ETCS Simulator

Our dedicated solution based on market experience is an optimum ETCS (European Train Control System) level 1 and 2, and in the future also level 3, simulator.

We have created the simulator based on the existing ETCS level 2 routes (over 84 kilometres) as well as virtual sample routes (created by SIM FACTOR) (over 50 kilometres) which were rendered in our software.

The solution allows for full ETCS level 2 simulation. Virtual routes have complete physical infrastructure, i.e. track circuits, balises etc. The ETCS panel of the simulator displays information about permissible speed, route occupancy etc. In addition, the simulator may transmit radio signals compatible with digital radio channel (EURORADIO). The sections recoded in SIM FACTOR routes database are transnational. As part of the control module a view of devices inspired by HMI actions similar to Siemens and Bombardier is available.

ETCS training simulator may be launched as an independent compact solution or be an element of advanced railway simulators (link).

Reference implementation of the simulated ETCS implementation, both panel and routes, takes place at the premises of Koleje Dolnośląskie, Koleje Śląskie and Deutsche Bahn Cargo Polska.
